In modern Russian art, young artists can’t be acknowledged without approval. That is why there is a frame on every painting – in product design, your draft can’t go to production without the approval of experts – like in modern art painter doubtfully will be accepted in a good gallery or exhibition without promotion of a famous curator or artist, or if he/she doesn’t belong to an institution created by those exact people.
